Fruit Warrior Consent

Provider: Fruit Warrior
Purpose: Stores and documents your privacy decision.
Data: Consent ID, chosen categories, time and policy version; no IP address and no user agent in the consent log.
Cookies: fw_consent (up to 1 year); fw_burst_optout (up to 1 year, only after your objection).
Storage period: Consent cookie up to 1 year, log at most 12 months.
Transfer: No disclosure and no transfer to third countries.

WooCommerce

Provider: Fruit Warrior (self-hosted WooCommerce)
Purpose: Cart, checkout, order and shop security.
Data: Cart and session information as well as the details required for an order.
Cookies: woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart (session); wp_woocommerce_session_* (usually 2 days).
Storage period: Depending on the cart, contractual, tax and legal purpose.
Transfer: Depends on the payment processing chosen at checkout.

Language choice

Provider: Fruit Warrior
Purpose: Remembers the language you chose with the language switcher so that the home page does not redirect you to another language.
Data: Only the language code “de” or “en”.
Cookies: fw_lang (up to 1 year, only after a click on the language switcher).
Storage period: Up to 1 year.
Transfer: No disclosure and no transfer to third countries.

Notice bar

Provider: Fruit Warrior
Purpose: Remembers that you closed the yellow notice bar at the top until there are new notices in it.
Data: Only an identifier of the notices you closed.
Cookies: fw_notice (up to 1 year, only after you close the bar).
Storage period: Up to 1 year.
Transfer: No disclosure and no transfer to third countries.

Stripe

Provider: Stripe (Stripe Technology Europe, Limited and Stripe Technology Company Limited, Ireland)
Purpose: Payment by credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and fraud prevention, on the checkout page only.
Data: Payment data you enter in Stripe's input field, plus device and connection data.
Cookies: __stripe_mid (up to 1 year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes), on the checkout page only.
Storage period: According to Stripe's retention periods.
Transfer: Possible transfer to the USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, EU standard contractual clauses).
